We collect personal information from Participants including, but not limited to:

• Mobile Number
• UPI/Bank Details: For processing payments in case you meet the eligibility criteria:
  • For a Rs 10 pack, you will receive an instant assured cashback of Rs 10.
  • For a Rs 5 pack, if you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive the WhatsApp notification for the amount accordingly.
• Pincode: For penetration of offer and if you are eligible for the gift we may seek your address for the same.

4. How We Use Your Information

The personal information collected will be used for:

• Managing and administering the Promo
• Promotional activities of ITC

5. Data Collection and Retention

Corporate Incentive Solutions Private Ltd collects personal information on behalf of ITC Ltd. The data will be retained by ITC for 90 days post-Promo completion.

6. Consent

By participating in the Promo and providing personal information, Participants send their consent to:

• The collection, storage, processing, and use of their personal information by Corporate Incentive Solutions Private Ltd and its affiliates, agents, contractors, and other third parties.
• The transfer and/or disclosure of their personal information to any third party for services related to the Promo.

7. Withdrawal of Consent

Participants have the option to withdraw their consent regarding the use of their personal information at any time. To withdraw consent, Participants can contact support@incentivesolutions.in. If consent is withdrawn during the Promo period, the Participant's entry will not be considered, and they will not be eligible for prizes.

8. Use of Personal Information in Promotions

By availing prizes and/or participating in the Promo, Participants agree that ITC/CISPL may use their names and photos in advertisements, promotions, media coverage, or publicity without any consideration.

9. Security and Confidentiality

We are committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of the personal information provided by Participants. ITC and Corporate Incentive Solutions Private Ltd take appropriate measures to protect this data.

10. Contacting Winners

Winners will be contacted through the phone number provided when entering the Promo. If unreachable, further attempts will be made to contact them. If still unreachable, the next best entry will be considered for the prize.

11. Liability

ITC and the vendors involved in the administration, fulfillment, and execution of the Promo are released from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to participation in the Promo.

12. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Participants are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

14. Effective Date

This Privacy Policy is effective from the manufacturing of the pack of the promo and will remain in effect until the end of the data retention period on 30th September 2024.
